Lahko jo u\u017eivamo v solati, kuhano ali du\u0161eno, razen koren\u010dek raje nare\u017eite na pal\u010dke in ga u\u017eivajte surovega.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><i style=\"background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px;\">*Naj ta polovica kro\u017enika ne bo napolnjena s francosko solato, saj ta poleg zelenjave vsebuje tudi nasi\u010dene ma\u0161\u010dobe, ki nimajo ugodnega vpliva na zdravje.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3); font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px;\">Beljakovinska \u017eivila naj predstavljajo \u010detrtino kro\u017enika.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4); color: var(--ast-global-color-3); line-height: 17.12px;\">Kombiniramo lahko rastlinske in \u017eivalske vire beljakovin.
