QUESTIONS ABOUT 2SWEET4ME PATCHES
2sweet4me patches are designed to additionally attach continuous blood glucose devices (CGM-devices) to the skin. They are used as additional patches that are placed over the CGM-device to keep it secure, and are not a medical device themselves.
The 2sweet4me patches are intended for diabetics who use continuous blood glucose monitoring devices (CGM-devices).
2sweet4me patches are designed to prevent the CGM-devices and other devices from falling off the skin due to sweating, bathing, showering or getting knocked off. They are also designed to make your device (and you!) look good.
Our patches are designed for use with Medtronic, Libre and Dexcom CGM-devices, as well as with Medtronic pump sets. You can find more detailed information on the use of patches in the online store in the description of the product.
2sweet4me patches are made of high-quality medical tape, suitable for short- and medium-term wear on the skin. The material is breathable and is suitable for contact with water (can get wet).
Yes, you can go into the water with the patch, take showers, wear it in the sea or pool. 2sweet4me patches are designed to keep your device secure in these situations. After it gets wet, you should dry your patch (see the instructions for use).
The patches are designed for skin wear and do not cause hypersensitivity reactions. They are also dermatologically tested.
Reactions typically occur due to improper skin preparation prior to application or during removal.
Skin type varies from person to person. Some skin types are more sensitive than others. If you think you could respond negatively to the product, please ask for a sample to try before you make a purchase.
2sweet4me patches should be placed over your CGM-device (or around the device or pump set).
Detailed instructions on how to apply the patches correctly can be found here and you also receive them when you order the patches. We strongly recommend that you apply the patch according to the instructions, otherwise it may not stick or it may peel off prematurely.
2sweet4me patches stay on at least a week, usually longer. With frequent bathing and sweating, this time can be shorter. Be sure to closely follow the instructions on how to handle the patches, as you can help a lot to make the patch stay on the skin for the whole duration of the sensor life.
Simply peel the patch off by pulling it off your skin. For more sensitive people and children, we recommend using a product designed to remove medical adhesives.
You can remove any adhesive remaining on your skin with the alcohol swab. Other solutions for removing residue left on the skin include medical adhesive remover, mild soap and water, and baby oil.
To avoid damaging the transmitter, you should clean it according to the manufacturer’s instructions for your particular device.
Every computer or phone screen has its own settings. Therefore, there can be a slight difference in colour between the photo on the computer or phone screen and the actual item.
The difference in colour occurs also because of the patch material itself.

First of all, make sure you followed the instructions when applying the patch. You received the instructions when you ordered the patches (they can also be found here). If you didn’t, you should follow them closely next time.
A small percentage of users will be less satisfied with patches because their skin is not fully compatible with the medical tape from which the patch is made. In this case, contact us at info@2sweet4me.com and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

We currently ship to EU countries.
Shipments are handled by postal service provider Pošta Slovenije. The goods arrive in a padded envelope.
The shipping costs to EU countries for small packets up to 100 g are 4.05 €.
After we receive your payment, your order is dispatched the same or the next business day.
Shipping times are determined by our postal service provider and usually take 3-10 days in EU.
